Protein vs Carbs
Ok, I bought my first issue of SHAPE (September's). I'm still thinking if I should subscribe. It kind of motivates me even though the psychological effect is that as long as I stop working out for about a week, I feel that I gain weight.
After I saw this piece in the magazine, I started to do some research.
- Eggs and dairy
- Nuts and seeds
May be except for eggs, dairy and beans, I wouldn't eat others early in the morning.
I'm loving Toufu Fries ever since I first got one (with cheese) from WO AI TAI MEI. I'm learning to make it myself and the first attempt was a success, except that it has no flavour to go with. Anyone knows where to get Cheese powder, not those that you pour onto your pizza? If you get what I mean.
Now I'm almost ending the day with either rice or potato (whipped). It's actually weird but I'm used to it already. Yay!
One thing: Is cereal under carbohydrates?
PS: SHOCKING - Ban mian is as fatty as fried chicken. (The fat content in this is equal to that in a plate of fried chicken.)
