So I thought this issue is about better living.
7 ways to live better: Grit, Self-control, Curiosity, Love, Optimism, Gratitude & Zest.
Grit: I do agree that we need some form of determination and motivation to keep us going in life. Otherwise, when we see no value, there is no meaning.
Self-control: Yes, it all boils down to whether you can control yourself to succeed.
Curiosity: People say "Curiosity kills the cat." But if you don't question, you will never know.
Love: Yes, something that everyone wants/needs.
Optimisim: Not sayiing that you have to put on a smile every single time, but at least look at things from the good side. Good things will come to you eventually - remember The Secret?
Gratitude: Be thankful and grateful. Only then will you appreciate.
Zest: I agree. Don't just do things that are only for your age. Have fun and enjoy life!
